Competitive Youth Flag Football
Twin Cities Flag Football offers a competition-based youth flag football league to the Twin Cities Metropolitain Area. We provide the premier youth flag football competition to grow and foster the sport.
The Twin Cities Flag football program is designed for kids that want to learn and improve in flag football in a fun atmosphere. Kids will learn the fundamentals of the game and enjoy the game without added pressure. We have a "No Contact" rule preventing blocking or tackling to emphasize skill development, a learning atmosphere, and simply having fun. There are no cuts or tryouts as teams are limited to 10 players. We want all players to be active participants so they can learn the game.
