We have selected National Sports Center for its beautiful outdoor turf and grass fields. All age groups will have a chance to play on these pristine fields.

All teams are eligible to compete and are limited to a maximum of 10 players each. The fee to register your team is $399.99 per team. If you are registering multiple teams, you will need to submit a separate registration and fee for each team submission.
We're committed to making a positive impact in both the local and regional communities. Our goal is to get kids active and involved in healthy and safe alternatives to traditional football programs. Kids can enjoy all the competitive spirit and fun atmosphere without the fear of injury. Twin Cities Flag is a no contact sport. Just have fun running, passing, catching and scoring touchdowns!

Coaches and players must sign all waivers, codes of conduct and show as eligible to participate.
Eligibility cutoff is grade based. Each player must provide school contact information for verification.

Refund Policy:
Twin Cities Flag Football has a conditional refund policy. If the tournament is not held due to weather, unusual, or unforeseen circumstances and is not able to be rescheduled, each team will be allowed to select a full refund or credit amount toward a future tournament.
